I don’t drink alcohol, but I still love to go out and socialize. The mocktail craze is nice, but they still have a lot of sugar (and are pricy!). What are some good alternatives?

Great question. If you’re over the sugar, then cocktails and mocktails are definitely off your list. Think, too, about the chemicals and brain-disrupting effects of “diet” and “sugar free” beverages. 


Luckily, you can get a fun and fizzy drink so easily. 

Club Soda + Bitters (+ possibly a lime or other citrus wedge) = Sophisticated Sans Alcohol.
