The Boulevard was like always-packed and he couldn’t wait to see what girls were out today. While many of us see getting old as a burden the old just keep going! The other day I witnessed what seemed to be the boldest move by an old dude I had ever seen. The old guy was driving a beautiful cherry red 1995 Convertible Camaro Z28. The Camaro was gleaming. The old man had it going on. When I look along the side of the road as he pulled over to see what had his attention. I saw the a bright little hotty with blonde flowing hair and a body out of this world. I smiled as the old dude pulled up beside the young lady. She was smokin’ but I doubt see had any interest in him. Until his passenger door opened and she climbed in. ” Jim walked up to her as she sat shaking her hair; sensually running her fingers through it. The blonde highlights shone in the sunlight as it beamed through the window of the quite coffee shop. It had taken Jim all day to get the nerve to walk up to her. He fixed his shirt mid-way to her chair. His hands were shaking a mile a minute. So was the pocket protector that lay neatly in his front pocket. He cleared his throat in a lame attempt to get her attention. She turned around–as he tapped her shoulder. “Excuse me miss do you happen to have the time?” she laughed in his face so hard her milk shake spattered in his mouth. The humilliation crushed him as he ran back to his chair” Tip: It is a wise decision not to use a worn out pick up line to speak with the woman of your dreams. A little originality would be best in these situations! Marinate on it–if it takes you all day–think hard about what  you say before it comes out of your mouth when dealing with a woman or you too could end up like “Jim”!

In the past dating was a romantic and time consuming event. Even in the 70’s and 80’s men were still doing a more modern form of courting before the date. Now in the modern day we have little time for dates and even littler time for courting. It is almost unheard of these days.
